1. Acceptance of Terms

Branding & Graphic Design

All services are provided under a mutually agreed scope of work and timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary content, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner.
Ensure that the information provided is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
Maintain payment of fees as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
A non-refundable advance or retainer may be required before the commencement of work.
Delayed payments beyond 7 days from the due date may attract a penalty or delay in service delivery.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Minor revisions (1–2 rounds) are included in most service packages unless specified otherwise.
Additional revisions may be chargeable.
Delays in approvals may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials developed by us (designs, ads, websites, etc.) remain the property of the agency until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables, excluding stock assets, templates, and third-party licenses.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared by the client. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose our strategies, templates, or pricing to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) or any force majeure event. We do not guarantee specific rankings, results, or returns.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due immediately.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
